Dreaming of Cannes

I've been chuckling at this quip all week. Crowe has the reputation of stern, bad boy in the movie world, probably in large part to his chosen characters. So, this banter with Lauer makes him seems rather charming.

While I'm not waiting with baited breath (or quivered arrow) to see Crowe's Robin Hood, the opening film of the festival, I have always dreamed of traveling to Cannes this time of year: to rub exfoliated and bronzed elbows with actors, to soak in the Riviera sun, to chat about the winner of the Palme d'Or while sipping kirs royales.
