Cocktail du Jour: Cava

Lately, I am pausing to realize that every day of life, every day with loved ones is to be treasured and celebrated.

Tonight I'm toasting life and love with a cold glass of Cava.  Cava is Champagne's less-expensive (the cheaper chic, as Franck from The Father of the Bride was say) Spanish cousin.  For an extra festive holiday touch, float a slice of clementine and a raspberry in your bubbles!  Salut, mes amis.  Cheers to all that is wonderful in your life.
